Reportedly, G Marimuthu experienced a sudden collapse at approximately 8:30 am on Friday morning while engaged in the dubbing process for his TV serial "Ethirneechal" in Chennai.

Following his collapse, G Marimuthu was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital, where, sadly, he was declared deceased, according to a tweet by Johnson, a PRO active within the South film industry.

According to a report by One India, G Marimuthu had an extensive career, spanning over 50 movies. In addition to his film roles, he also made significant contributions as a director and actor in various TV shows.

Back in 1990, G Marimuthu departed from his Pasumalaitheri hometown in Theni, setting his sights on Chennai with the ambitious goal of becoming a film director.
