Taika David Cohen ONZM, known professionally as Taika Waititi. He is a New Zealand filmmaker, actor and comedian.

Taika Waititi is 46 years old from Raukokore, Waihau Bay, New Zealand.

Time magazine named Taika Waititi one of the 100 most influential people in the world on its annual list in 2022.

Waititi’s 2003 short flim Two Cars, One Night earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Live Action Short Film.

Waititi is co-writer, co-director and starred in the horror comedy film “What We Do in the Shadows”, has been nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series.

Waititi’s recent directing films, Thor Ragnarok (2017), Jojo Rabbit (2019) and Thor: Love and Thunder (2022), the last of which he also wrote and starred in as an imaginary version of Adolf Hitler.

Waititi’s “Jojo Rabbit” received 06 Academy Award nominations and won for Best Adapted Screenplay.

The Sun reported that Musician Rita Ora and film director Taika Waititi got married over the weekend in a small, private ceremony in London.

Ora and Waititi have been friends for several years, but have been dating for roughly a year and a half. They dating in March 2021 and got engaged in June 2022.

As per Instagram posts from Ora and her sister show Ora and Waititi wearing wedding rings in Paris over the weekend.
